These spoons make it so much easier to feed solid food to babies. A lot more food actually goes into their sweet mouths and less on them! Completemplete success!More > < Less

Spuni - Ergonomic Baby Spoon

About Spuni

Latch On

When babies use their first spoon, more strained peas end up on their face or clothes than in their mouth. Spuni asked “why” and made an intuitive advance in weaning.

Specifically designed for a baby’s mouth, Spuni has a “tulip” shape with a soft, shallow eating area. A subtle lip at the back encourages babies to latch on—triggering their instinct to suck and swallow. And the soft spoon tip is gentle on their sensitive gums.

Makers Marcel Botha & Trevor Hardy realized that existing baby spoons are simply mini versions of adult utensils. That meant there was a lot of room for thoughtful improvement. Research showed that most food at the back of the spoon is pushed off or simply untouched. These two MIT friends consulted with material science and environmental health experts, creating Spuni with safe materials (phthalate-, BPA-, BPS-, and PVC-free) and an effective, ergonomic design (more comfortable with less mess).

Ideal for babies 4 months and older, Spuni is even enjoyed by toddlers and older kids because of its sleek, comfortable design. Grab a Spuni to help your baby make a big transition at mealtime.
