Arrived promptly, easy to install. So so good.

After the handle cracked I JB welded it and it held good! Now the insides of the lever that select the position of the water has failed inside! I bought this filter in April, and now it is the end of July and is JUNK! Sadly I just purchased 2 new filter refills that I will have to donate to someone that can use them. This product should be taken off of The Grommet!
Cheap Plastic!

I purchased this filter 4/2/2019 to replace a different brand filter. I always like the products listed on Grommet and feel they are of good quality. Not this one!!! After 3 months the handle that turns the filter off and on has cracked and is ready to fall off! I feel that made in CHINA is not the way to make a quality product!
doesn't work well

I loved this device when I first got it but after a few weeks it sprays water everywhere. The bottom, or the filter I guess it is, won't screw on tightly. If someone can help me figure this out I would be a happy camper.
easy to install - works great!

No problem installing on my standard kitchen sink faucet - (and I live in USA). So glad to not have to keep a pitcher of filtered water (and those filters take SOOOO long to filter water). Only question I have is what are the numbers on the top of the filter supposed to indicate? - and by the way, I've already ordered and received replacement filters - I'm going to be using this for a long time!

TAPP 2 Biodegradable Water Filter

Cleaner drinking water from faucet water filters made with some unlikely but eco-friendly materials. Coconut shell carbon block (mostly biodegradable) and non-toxic bioplastics make up the filters that remove up to 80 contaminants, like lead, chlorine, and pesticides from water. Good-for-you minerals, like iron and potassium are left behind. Opt for the Bluetooth-connected filter to get notifications for filter replacements and to track things like cost savings and more.

TAPP Water

The team at TAPP Water, lead by co-founders Magnus Jern and Alex Schwarz, is driven by the mission to eliminate plastic water bottle waste, and they’ve turned to a surprising material to help.

Their faucet filters are made with coconut shell carbon block that's mostly biodegradable, along with non-toxic bioplastics. A filter removes over 80 contaminants from water and can work for up to three months—the equivalent of filtering 400 gallons of water. Installation is straightforward and you can switch the filter on and off.

And while a filter removes things like chlorine, lead, and pesticides from water, it leaves behind good-for-you minerals, like calcium, potassium, and iron. Want to get connected to what’s happening at the faucet? There’s a Bluetooth-connected filter that updates you via its app when it’s time to order replacement cartridges and tracks things like cost savings and plastic bottle waste saved. more Their Story
