It’s a great idea but not as useful working as I’d hoped. Frequently breaks my egg completely apart. I’ve tried hot, cold, shaking hard, medium and softly. I get better results leaving my eggs in the pan after I’ve poured off the water and ran cold water for a minute, pouring back out and shaking he eggs around in the pan until the shells come off

The Negg arrived promptly, in perfect condition, and I was amazed to see that it really works just like they say.
The eggs still did not peel well

The shell of the eggs still did not come off nicely and they looked so bad I threw them all in the trash. It might be the eggs as they had a thick membrane that would not peel off without destroying the white of each egg.
So Sad

I cannot express more disappointment in this product. Egg lands Best ( my egg of choice) are thin shelled. This gadget simply cracks the shells into many tiny pieces still adhering to the egg. Unable to shell the eggs and put 6 eggs down waste disposal when frustration took over. So disappointed.

This hard-boiled egg peeler gets the shell to slide off like butter with just cold water and some shakes. It’s a simple solution to a dreaded kitchen chore.

Bonnie Tyler

Peel an egg without pulling your hair out.

Cold water and some shaking is all it takes for this hardboiled egg peeler to work. It’s a Made in the USA kitchen hero that conquers a dreaded chore sleekly.

Maker Bonnie Tyler signed up to bring deviled eggs to a party and—after a failed attempt at peeling—showed up with a bag of potato chips instead. After some prototyping and research at her local library, she cracked a solution.

Bonnie combined the elements of industrial peeling (i.e., vibration, movement, and water) to create something small, portable, and easy to use at home. That’s how The Negg was hatched. She even managed to get it manufactured in Connecticut, her own backyard.

Now you can de-shell your eggs with just cold water and a little bit of effort.
