Best Chicken Ever :)

I have been searching for a way to cook chicken so the white meat would be moist. I was so tired of throwing away dry tasteless meat or trying to find a recipe to give it more flavor. This roasting rack is just what I needed! Because you place the bird upside down, the juices flow into the breast of the chicken saturating the meat with juices. Delish!!! Look forward to using this the next time I cook a turkey on my smoker.

I've been working on eating healthy and was so tired of dry white meat. When I saw this roasting rack, I thought what did I have to lose. I'll admit it was strange to flip the bird in the rack but I did it. Wow! What a delicious surprise. The breast meat was saturated with juices, so moist & tender. I can't wait to use this rack on my grill and smoker too!

Turkey & Chicken Roasting Frame

This roasting rack for turkey and chicken leaves white meat—the healthiest part—tender and juicy, while keeping the bird out of the oil at the bottom of the pan. The unique “upside down” self-basting design lets juices flow inside, keeping meat moist while also reducing cooking time.

Topsy Turkey

The Topsy Turkey came about after Maker Janet Rickstrew decided to eat healthier, but was frustrated that the healthiest part of turkey and chicken—the white meat—was often dry and not very tasty. She tested cooking birds with the breast down, instead of up, letting the juices flow into the meat rather than out of it. Needless to say the results were what she wanted, so she created a frame that holds the bird in the right position for ideal roasting.

The unique roasting frame allows poultry to sit “upside down” in the pan, perfectly balanced and out of the oil that collects at the bottom. The white meat is self-basted as the juices flow through the breast, making the healthiest part also the tastiest.
