Gave this as a gift to foodie friends of ours and heard great things! Heated up quickly, easy to use, and produced yummy pizzas in minutes. First couple pizzas stick a bit until the pizza stone is seasoned. A great portable oven.
Have yet to successfully cook a pizza.

After many videos and tips we still pull half cooked pizzas out of the oven. Waste of money.

Have learned to like it. This is not the set up for people who like a lot of toppings on their pizza. The taste however, is exceptional once you learn the technique.

I gave this to my husband and we have had a lot of fun with it. It's extremely easy to use and the pizza is fantastic. We've also done a steak in it and our next Uuni project will be spatchcock chicken. It's portable enough that we have taken it to friends' houses and made pizza with them, which is a big hit. We've had the oven for less than a month and have used it five or six times already in all kinds of weather, including snow. Worth every cent if you like authentic wood-fired thin crust pizza -- it's not for the stuffed crust crowd!

I received this as a Christmas gift. After a few weeks, we’ve made pizza three times and a steak once. I live in Maine, it’s 18 degrees outside, and the Uuni oven is awesome. I read various reviews, focusing on the few low rankings. All I can say is that those folks who don’t like the Uuni are missing out. It’s not very hard to get the oven up to temperature. An infrared thermometer is extremely useful in checking temperatures. I know I have much to learn, but we had wonderful Pizza each time right from the start. Tonight we had a steak. I had the oven very hot, over 800F, when my wife said we needed to wait 15 minutes. Fine, no problem, I set a timer and came back 10 minutes later. The pellets had burned down, so I added pellets and within a few minutes the temperature was back up to 800. I used a cast iron skillet, preheated, and cooked the steak 2 minutes a side. The flavor was fantastic. I can’t wait for warmer temperatures and pizza parties with the Uuni. Watch the YouTube videos, pay attention, and your pizzas will never be the same.
