I purchased this for my husband's birthday. He was a little intimidated by it at first but has learned to use it. Makes awesome pizza's, pita breads, etc. We've also cooked a not artichoke dip. He loves it!!!
Have always wanted an outdoor pizza oven

I have had intentions of building a traditional pizza oven with bricks and mortar for many years. I saw this and thought that I would give it a try, glad I did. I can get the temp up to well over 700 in about 25 minutes. Then you can tamper the exhaust until you are ready to use it. Then, open it up and the temp will climb back up quickly. There is a short learning curve but it is not that bad. I look forward to cooking a steak in it soon!
