While relaxing with a glass of wine on a wine bar patio in Austin, Lisa and Randall Pawlik found, like many times before, that their once-perfectly-chilled pours were quickly warming in the Texas heat. Their enjoyment for their drinks was fading, but their inventive spirit was just heating up. They set out to create something that would keep their wine at the right temp—without interfering with the experience. Their personal wine chiller does just that, accentuating your wine glass without altering the wine itself.
