I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my grandson. I love unique gifts that allow children to think and create. So although I don't know for sure how it works out, I love the concept and I love how fast I received it. The service was wonderful.More > < Less

my go-to birthday gift

This set is great for kids who like building structures and are curious about cause and effect. My six year old wasn't able to construct the marble run on his own, but I'm sure he'll be able to play independently with the set soon enough. It's fun for grown-ups too.More > < Less

Fun for old people as well as young

We opened it up and played with it before we gave it to a grandson. If he doesn't like to play with it he can bring it back to us!

I am thinking of purchasing for my classroom but am interested in purchasing more pieces. Is that possible?

Q-BA-Wave - Sculptural Marble Maze

About Q-BA-MAZE 2.0

A-MAZE-ing Marbles

Marble runs have enchanted kids for decades. Architect Andrew Comfort’s grandfather built a wooden marble run for him when he was young, and the seedling for a new take on an old game was planted. Years later, Andrew designed a build-your-own marble run that encourages kids to create 3-D sculptures, play with the principles of engineering and spatial configuration, and enjoy endless fun.

Q-BA-MAZE consists of translucent cubes that fit snugly together to form a marble run. The openings in the cubes differ, so you can decide as you’re building if you want a marble to exit a cube from the side or the bottom. Some cubes have openings on both sides, so you can never completely predict the path a metal marble will take to the finish.

Build a fish, a moose, a tower, or whatever your imagination can think up. The game is new each time you start building. Set Q-BA-MAZE up in your family room, and watch as adults and kids can’t resist giving it a go. It’s addictive and enriching. Andrew’s granddad would be a-MAZE-d.
