I LOVE this product!! What a great workout

Very good product works well

Sturdy and quiet

Fit and happy

I purchased this for my nephew is struggles with his anger management. Their home was not conducive to hanging a standard punching bag so I thought this might be a good alternative. My sister reports that it has come in handy on a couple of occasions where he went to his bedroom and slammed the door shut soon to be followed by the sounds of an angry teen releasing his pent up frustration on the punching bag. It has saved a hole or two in the bedroom wall not to mention bloody or broken knuckles. Maybe this was not the original intent for this product but it works for my nephew. My only fear is that my days of being able to take him down in our play fights may be over.More > < Less

About Quiet Punch

Knockout Workout

Quiet Punch founder Brian Pedone has been boxing since he was 13 years old, and he grew up to run his own boxing gym. He wanted to provide folks with the same full-body workout benefits outside of the ring, so he created a doorway-friendly punching bag as an accessible way to throw punches and work up a sweat without leaving the house.

This punching bag is lighter than the typical ones and because there’s no heavy chain clattering, it's quieter, too. Setup is easy, thanks to two tension rods, and there's no need to hold back—this bag was designed with a heavyweight fighter in mind.
