This little knife is a powerhouse. A serious oyster knife. We ordered a box of Blue Points for a ball game. My nephew and granted he is an executive chef, shucked 100 oysters in 45 minutes! I had other knives but this was his favorite. If you need an oyster knife, this is it!More > < Less
