We want you to be thrilled with every purchase you make. You can return a Grommet whether it’s because it isn’t what you expected or you just changed your mind. Effective 6/17/22, all sales are final and any items purchased are not eligible to be returned.
Note there are some common sense exceptions, like health and hygiene items, perishables, or a product that was custom made for you. Products not eligible for returns will be noted on their product page.
We are unable to cancel an order or change the shipping address on an order after it has been placed. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will be able to refund your order so you can place a new one.
Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, some returns and refunds might be delayed.

If your Grommet arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, return shipping is on us. For other returns, we’ll deduct the cost from your refund.
Once your return is approved, getting your refund takes about 7-10 business days. You’ll receive a credit to your original form of payment (credit card or PayPal). If you’re returning a gift, you’ll get a gift card or store credit.
