Perfect Gift

6/30/2016 by Paula

We bought these for a friend who is a long time sailor and lover of unique things. John was absolutely thrilled with the size and quality of these "on the rocks" glasses. The numbers were accurate for our location and arrived safely packaged. Thank you for another super gift!More > < Less

Great Birthday Gift

I got these for a dear friend for his birthday. The coordinants are the vacation house we rent each year on Cape Cod. I know he will be very pleased when we celebrate next month.More > < Less

Glasses = excellent

6/20/2016 by Laurie

I ordered these for my husband. Not only are the glasses a nice heavy quality glass, but the etching was deeply engraved into the glass, not lightly etched like you get at these shops in the mall. I had the coordinates to one of our homes engraved on one set of glasses. My husband really liked this idea.More > < Less

Great unique gift

11/27/2016 by Kiki

Super easy to order and love the glasses. They have a good weight to them, the etching is smooth and well done. I wish the glasses themselves were a little wider in diameter rather than as tall as they are (which got it 4 stars instead of 5). Overall, good product and workmanship. A gift I was excited to giving!More > < Less

Beautiful and timeless appeal

8/18/2016 by Michelle

The first glasses I received had the wrong coordinates but the Grommet and Susquehanna replaced them SO QUICKLY! I would say to be as specific as possible in your description of the location and I'm sure you won't have a problem. The glasses themselves are really stunning. I am so excited to give them to my husband for our anniversary as a celebration of our globe trotting and the drinking of many fine bourbons.More > < Less

About Susquehanna Glass Company

Personal Drinks

If you want to create personalized glasses, Susquehanna Glass Company is one of the best around. This third-generation operation has a 100+ year history of making etched glass in the USA, and they’ll memorialize your initials or the coordinates of a favorite place on mugs, rocks glasses, and wine glasses.

Map out your allegiance to a location with their Latitude and Longitude design—a Grommet exclusive. All you need to do is choose the place, like your hometown or favorite vacation spot. They’ll find the coordinates and sand etch them on for a clean, crisp finish. Another great use for these: a memorable gift for weddings (choose the nuptial’s location) or a graduation (the college town).

If initials are more your thing, choose the hand etched monogram designs. Susquehanna hand cuts each by holding the glass against a rotating stone wheel. It’s a sophisticated touch that looks timeless and will last for years.

Susquehanna believes glass can have personal meaning. Their careful craftsmanship in capturing special places and initials proves them right.
