Little Light

Clip or attach this little LED emergency light to virtually anything. Don’t be deceived by its size—this rugged companion fits in the palm of your hand and shines a bright light on all those difficult-to-see crannies and dim-lit places. (Think: anything from your busy, bulky purse to camping trips). SwivelClip even has a super strong magnet so you can attach it to the hood of your car to illuminate a repair job. Change it to the flashing mode to let others know you’re on the road. Besides its emergency flashing light, SwivelClip can give you a steady, targeted flashlight or more diffused lantern lighting. You don’t have to worry about batteries or battery life—charge it with a USB and enjoy nine hours of light before recharging. A little light can go a long way.

Would it stay on a cap if I were running?

@Deirdre Thanks for the question! Yes it will stay on. We are very proud of the design of our clip. During testing we did everything we could to get it fall off and could not. Just make sure it pushed onto the brim of cap as far as it will go.

aslo - just a quick note for the runners... Making this thing great for runners was one of our top goals. The 7 hour battery works well for all but the most extreme runs (in which case you can bring two). The clip works well on caps, shirts, or waist bands. Because it is magnetic, the runner can place it on the fridge or a metal door or other metal surface as a reminding trigger to get out and run. During the winter, the early darkness is a big deterrent for me personally, so having this light has helped me stay on track with running.

How long does the charge last ??

  • Steve

    3/8/2017 11:55 AM

@RICHARD That for the question. The life of the charge is over 7 hours. The battery is Lithium Ion and really is really high quality. It takes about 2 hours to charge. On arrival it will probably have some charge but we recommend charging it right away.

@CARA You are correct. At our house, that's one the top uses. We keep it on our fridge so it's always easy to find. It's so nice not having to worry about holding the light. Our puppy can get out of control so he needs all our attention :)

@Robert It has lights on both sides, here are the modes and lumens:

    1) 60 Deg, 75 Lumen front flashllight

    2) 60 Deg, 75 Lumen back flashlight

    3) 360 Deg, 50 Lumen lantern

Press and hold down for emergency flashing (which is a combination of the above)

  • Steve

@Linda no problem! I think you're in the majority. While running or walking the path is well lit up to eight feet or so in front of you.

and beyond the eight feet, up to about 30-40 feet, you are still provided with some lighting.

these small hat lights are great for fishing. the fact that it can be recharged, and pivots has me sold as the price is reasonable. 3 led's should be sufficient, but 5 would rock. does it illuminate on both sides constantly, or can the light be set to one side only? thanx-
