Griffin Pocket Tool

11-in-1 Multi-Tool

Pocket Tools

This stealthy pocket tool is slim but loaded with utility.

Griffin is a serious multitasker that clings to the rim of your pocket—holding your keys in place and reducing bulk. If you take a close look, you’ll notice the tools are embedded in almost sneaky ways.

Keep it handy to open bottles, adjust flathead screws, score
material, pry things open, and drive in up to four different sized hex screws and bolts.

Makers Casey and Jessica Deming designed Griffin Pocket Tool after listing all the loose essentials they carried with them. Their design fuses all of those must-haves into one light, discrete tool.

Is this TSA approved? If my keys are on this I don't want to have it confiscated trying to get through airport security.

@William All of our tools are TSA compliant, which means that they are under 7" in length and they do not have a sharpened edge which is a Green light to carry on a plane. We have never heard of a customer loose one of our tools to the TSA. Here is a link to their site with the list of prohibited items.

What are the dimensions? How sturdy is it? Is it warranteed?

@Karen The dimensions are 3" x 0.6" x 0.2" and they only weight 0.3 ounces! These Griffins are made from 304 Stainless Steel which is very sturdy and more resistant to rust than other types of stainless steel. Our products come with a Life-Time Warranty. If your tool breaks under normal use we will replace it.

@Casey They are "slotted screws" not flat head! 2 distinctly different screws.

@John Slotted or Flat either way, The Griffin works great for both!

  • Marvin

If you 'sharpened' the edge of the screwdriver, could you open a box? Would this change the TSA compliance?

@Marvin The scoring tool feature works great for opening boxes without having to have a sharp edge. In theory you could sharpen the screw driver but it would most likely have the TSA question it.

Just curious how much more it would have cost to have this made in the USA.

@Cliff Great Question. Each Griffin is CNC cut using a Wire EDM machine which gives us the highest tolerances needed for a precise fitting with the wrench sizes. After they are cut the grinds and edges are then CNC Milled. Unfortunately, for us to be able to sell our product at the price point we are at it is difficult to make them domestically. With that said, we hope to be able to sell enough now to bring the manufacturing in-house one day ;)

I noticed there are ridges on the sides, what are those for? Looks like a great tool, I plan to order 4 as Christmas gifts.

@Judy The ridges are there to help you grip the tool when you are opening bottles or using it as a wrench. Thank you for the support Judy! I am sure they will love their Griffin Pocket Tools!

    Hi Casey,

Do you personalize the Griffin? Company name and/or logo?
