These glasses are great for needing to grab them to read price tags or product info while shopping.

My face and nose are small, and I’m sure this is why these glasses won’t stay on. The design is great...but not for my nose...back they...back they goMore > < Less

Convenient & Comfortable

10/7/2018 by Craig

I have only had my ThinOPTICS a few weeks and I really like the convenience of having them with me at all times. My husband has used them a couple of times at restaurants when the menu print was too small.

They are comfortable and supplement my contacts well. I keep the case with my cell phone at all times so I always have them.

I would have given the product a 5 rating but the lenses are already scratched from going in and out of the flashcard case. I have been very careful in cleaning them with only glass lens cloth. I am wondering if there is something inside the case that is scratching them. I was under the impression when I purchased them that they are supposed to be scratch resistant.

I will likely purchased another pair in the future, but will try a different case other than the flashcard case to try and avoid the problem of scratched lenses.

Disappointed

6/14/2019 by Paula

I found these glasses uncomfortable in almost every position I tried - on the bridge of my nose, further down so I could peer over them. I love the idea of them - very thin, usable on either side of the lens, etc., but they just didn't work for me.More > < Less

Glasses Don't Work on Small Noses

10/13/2018 by Joseph

While the idea is great the glasses are too light for someone with a slender nose. I bought them for my wife and they slip off. Also, I should/>
Also, I should have bought the darker frames as you can't find the darned things when they fall off!

About ThinOPTICS

Read Anywhere

ThinOPTICS reading glasses are so compact and convenient, keeping them on hand is a no-brainer. Even better than foldable reading glasses, this pair has been pared down to just lenses and a metal bridge. They’re super thin and light—weighing less than a nickel.

Don’t let the small scale fool you, though. These glasses are tough. The lenses are made with the same shatterproof material used in bullet-proof glass, and the bridge is made from Nitinol—a metal ten times more elastic than spring steel.

For reading, the design sits low on your nose and stays put, thanks to Flexgrip technology. Check text messages, peruse a menu, or read prescription labels. When you’re done, slide these readers into their super slim carrying case. It attaches to the back of your phone or fits in a wallet, jacket pocket, glove box, or anywhere else.

Now you’ll always be able to see when you need to.
