TrackR Bravo

Coin-Sized Tracking Device

Smart Tracker

Find your misplaced keys, wallet, bike, or more in a flash with TrackR Bravo.

This slim, quarter-sized lost item tracker uses your phone’s Bluetooth, GPS, and the TrackR app. Attach it to anything valuable to keep tabs on its location.

Lost your keys? Press the app’s “Locate” button and Bravo will ring as long as it’s within
your phone’s Bluetooth range. The distance indicator even shows, in real time, how close you are (we call it the “getting warmer” feature).

If Bravo is out of Bluetooth range, the app tells you the last location picked up by your phone. Even better: the Crowd GPS feature uses the GPS of all the phones in the TrackR network (tens of thousands of them) to locate it. When any TrackR app user is near your item, you (and only you) will get an alert with the location.

Got your keys but can’t find your phone? Press a button on the TrackR Bravo and your phone will ring . . . even when it’s on “silent” mode.

Want to avoid losing your keys, wallet, or whatever altogether? Activate a separation alarm that will ring if you walk too far away.

You may never lose anything important again.

I have a question - can you add the software to 2 different phones to track it? My husband often loses his phone and keys - so would like to have on my phone to help, but would also like to have on his phone - so he can find his own keys.

I ordered this device in June and it never shipped. They kept telling me it was in production. After close to 2 months, I was issued a refund. If you goggle this product, you'll see many other people had the same problem. If they don't say they have the item in stock, DON'T order it.

@Steve Hi Steve, currently we do not have a device that tracks within a larger distance. However, we do have the Crowd GPS feature for the TrackR, which can help you track your items in a larger difference by using our network of TrackR users.

I guess what Im looking for is something that can be attached or hidden inside something like say a camera and if it is stolen it then can be tracked to the person with the sticky fingers.

  • Mike
    Mike – Grommet Team
    9/17/2015 2:49 PM

Hi Steve, it might be able to be attached to a camera, but as Rhiannon said, there is a limit to the distance of the tracking. That is where the Crowd GPS feature would come in handy to catch the culprit red-handed.

Love it except you need to add something to the search function while out of blue-tooth range.

It would nice if every maker of this type of unit use the same locating service so when you do lose something; that the other brands out there will also be able to notify you if their near your lost item. That way everyone benefits from the service.

    Again, love it.

  • Mike

Hi Gregg, the happy medium of what you're looking for is the Crowd GPS feature which will use the bluetooth (blueteeth?) of other TrackR Bravo users to track down your item when you are out of range.

Hi, I was an early adopter of the TrackR.

What I've found is the reverse use, finding a phone, puts me almost right on top of the phone. I mean a few feet.

I like the idea but this is not a distance that really helps necessarily.

I went to a competitor device and found it more useful..

Has this distance problem been resolved since the launch?
