    Hilary here. I'm part of the awesome West Paw Design team. We take pride in the fact that our dog and cat toys, apparel and beds are handcrafted in the USA with materials sourced from American manufacturers whenever possible. We get the berber fabric for our durable yet soft Nature Naps from Wisconsin and the inside IntelliLoft batting, which is made using recycled plastic bottles, from Nebraska. You can see our commitment to pets, people and planet in everything that we do. I welcome any questions you have today and hope you'll post pictures of your pets snoozing on their super plush and stylish Nature Naps once they arrive to our Facebook page!

    @Hilary

    One of my dogs is a digger and loves to circle and dig, circle and dig, before she settles in on a bed. Several of our nice ones have become shredded :( How would these hold up to her digging?

    @Alisa Great question, Alisa. She's got to have it just so, right? The Nature Nap is highly durable because it's made with tough yet soft materials. We also offer our Heyday Bed, which is made with microsuede and which we consider to be our most durable bed.

    Perhaps the best way for you to decide between them would be to read the reviews:

    Let me know if you have any follow-up questions, and thanks!

    What are the dimensions of the small vs. the medium? I have a large Westie.

    @Terese Hi, Terese. The Small is 24" x 18" x 2", and the Medium is 29" x 20" x 3". Your Westie would have more room to stretch out on the Medium, but could curl up on a Small as well. Thanks for your interest!

    @Hilary do you have a large size for a lab? the medium seems too small based on the dimensions listed

  • Hilary

    @Guest We do. In fact, we have a Large at 35" x 22" x 3" and an Extra Large at 42" x 27" x 3". Unless your lab is really big, a Large would work nicely. Thanks for asking!

    Hi There,

    Thanks for your question. Currently we don't ship outside the U.S. but we suggest that you check out some of the third party international shippers available on line. With them, you can have it shipped by setting up an American address, which your product(s) will be shipped to for forwarding to your country. Many of them can also consolidate your purchases from multiple companies, not just the Grommet.

    Once your order is placed, we will ship to the address provided. The international shipper will then contact you directly to pay the international shipping costs associated with your order. If you have any more specific questions for how this process works, please feel free to contact our Customer Experience Team. The fastest way to reach them is through this form.

    @Liz Hi, Liz. West Paw Designs makes our products with chewers in mind. However, no bed can stand up to the jaws of a dog determined to chew it to pieces. If you are interested in finding out more about specific beds that are best for chewers, contact the Grommet customer experience team here and they will put us in touch.

    Hope that answered your question!

    Wow what timing. I've been scouring the pet shops both on line and in store for new pet beds. The ones I've found that seem fairly comparable to yours are very pricey, but your prices are very reasonable. I have three dogs, and we have beds for them all over the house. They do all the things your other readers have mentioned; chewing, circling, scratching, etc. so I love what I'm reading about these pet beds. I also want to thank you for giving the measurements of the beds. I will be placing my order on payday. Thank you! Susan

    THANK YOU for making a bed for us environmentally conscious folks - I see so many cute beds with that yucky foam inside, a horrible idea for so many reasons I won't list here. Love that it has padding which is eco-friendly, AND is WASHABLE ( a major lacking in many foam beds ). Going to measure my dog's crate and see which one to get. Thanks again for a great product, sourced locally, and made in the USA.
