Goodnite Shirt

Bamboo Sleepwear

Sleep Softly

The Goodnite Shirt is a super soft shirt, so comfy you might never want take it off. Made from bamboo and cotton, the fabric mix is breathable and absorbent, making it perfect for sleeping. The shirt has the roomy, broken-in feel of your favorite T- shirt, but with a more flattering fit, hitting above the knee.

Whether you're
running late to drop off the kids or just lounging on a weekend morn, there's no need to change out of your Goodnite Shirt. Just throw on a pair of leggings under the simple silhouette and you’ll look immediately put together (although we can’t speak for your hair).

In colors of red, black, and lavender, it’s also great for travel and beachwear. The accompanying gift pouch proclaims it’s “good in bed," making it a fun gift for all your gal pals.

Made by Goodwear in Essex, Massachusetts, a company so committed to American jobs, that every step of their manufacturing process, from materials to shipping, is done right here in the good ol’ U.S. of A.

Are you considering larger sizes? This would be ideal for a bed-bound patient, but we would need more width, 2x minimum. Thanks!

@Angelique That is a very good idea, because of the properties of this fabric! We will look into the possibilities of this with our production team. Please check back in about 30 days from now.

Please consider offering an option for long sleeves or a regular p.j. set, shirt and pants. Thanks.

I purchase a similar product in pima cotten currently from Land'sEnd for my better half who is wheel chair bound . Unfortunately, it's made in the Far East. They offer their sleepwear in a mid-calf length which is better for those who are seated all the time. Would you consider making this shirt in such a length?

    Nice looking, but I don't think I'd spend $42 on a nightshirt....

@Sandra Hello, I understand that this may seem like a bit much to spend on "just a nightshirt", but this is 100% Made in USA from USA materials and includes the great travel bag. The quality is outstanding and we promise it will not wear down like other night shirts do!

    1/28/2014 3:42 PM

I like an at least mid calf length in nightshirts yearround. Would you consider a longer length? Love the qualities of this one.

In the video it shows the material upclose and it looks like after 5-10 eashing pills would begin to form on the material. Do you find that to be true?

@Jane Hi Jane! I have had my Goodnite shirt since the beginning of the summer and have continued to wear it through the winter. After about 20 washes (most likely even more), I still have not seen ANY pilling or even signs of pilling. This material is very durable through machine wash & dry cycles. Thanks!

Hi Julie, I am a large woman and have been looking for just this type of sleep ware, if they would consider a 3x (24-26) that would be awesome, a Kelly green would be pretty also, Thank you for the consideration.

@Jan Hello Jan! I assure you that we are working diligently to get larger sizes in this style. (We were also thinking Kelly Green would be a great St. Patricks day gift!) Thank you!

  • Linda

I am also interested in larger sizes. This type of gown is my favorite to sleep in, and these are lovely. And they look so comfortable. I hope you can come up with something for us larger folks. The problem will be the particular body sizes the 2X and3X would fit. Something that would fit size 30 would be ideal.

Is the width on the size chart measured across the bust area ? Thanks

  • Julie
    Julie – Special Guest
    1/29/2014 9:00 AM

@Guest Yes, the width on the measurement chart is the bust area. Please keep in mind that this is measuring the garment flat. (So a size Small measures 19 ½" across - it really measures 39" around) Warm regards!

Grommet CEO here. I was not up to speed on the Goodnite shirt when I saw Maggie being photographed in the red version. I admit I wondered why we were launching a cute summer dress in January. It looks that good...for those times when you do get caught on a school run or answering the door.

@Jules We agree! (I plan on wearing a red one, with a black belt & flashy necklace as a Valentines outfit) They really are multi-purpose! Thank you!
