Sleep Tight

Sleep doesn't always come easily when we're away from home. To help ensure a good night’s rest, we’re getting cozy with DreamSacks from Nancy Morgan. Nancy, the founder of Yala Designs, created the DreamSack to act as a sleeping bag liner or an extra layer of sheets in a bed. She came up with the idea when she was traveling internationally and sometimes wondered if the bedding was clean. Sized for standard beds, DreamSacks are made from 100% silk that feels cool when it’s hot and adds an extra layer of warmth when it’s chilly. Velcro tab closures let you securely tuck into your own luxurious cocoon. There’s a built-in pocket to cover your pillow, and the entire sack folds into a small bag for easy packing. Nothing puts a damper on an adventure like the thought that your sleeping accommodations are less than pristine. Nancy’s travel-ready bedding is ideal for camping, business trips, family vacations and other overnight ventures. If you worry about hotel sheets, climb into a DreamSack. If you’re sensitive to laundry detergent, it’s a great way to ensure someone else’s bedding won’t aggravate your skin. It’s the next best thing to being in your own bed.

what is the care of these -- silk often needs dry cleaning which would seem expensive for this use

Hi - the DreamSack is really easy to care for. You can wash it by hand and hang to dry. It dries very quickly. If you have a very gentle cycle on your washing machine you can even use that but please only use a mild soap - a laundry detergent can damage silk. Please hang to dry.

    Hi there,

These types of questions can always be found in the "details" section within each product's page. For these sheets, it's recommended to hand or machine wash gently, cool water, mild soap. Air dry.

Hi, Amy! I am looking for the "details" section on this page and don't see it---where is it located? I watched the video and wonder if that is the substitute for details for this particular product. Thanks!

Is the DreamSack colorfast? I have eczema and I have noticed that some of the stuff I have to apply to my skin causes a "blush" on my white sheets from my pajama color bleeding through over time. I would hate to do this to a friend's bedding if I am a guest!

@Audrey Hello Audrey, thanks for the question. The DreamSacks are color fast. We have never received any feedback that the colors fade on anything. I always apply lotion before I go to sleep and have never had an issue. I am not familiar with the skin lotion you use, but I can't imagine that you would have a problem.
